Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling: Efficiently Managing and Scheduling of the Service Department.
- Co-Ordinating of Parts and Accessories to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Booking Jobs: Organizing and coordinating job bookings, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated and available as needed.
- Purchase Orders: Handling the creation and management of purchase orders, overseeing supplies acquisition and vendor relations.
- Client Liaison: Actively engaging with clients over the phone, addressing their queries, and ensuring their needs are met with high professionalism.
- Ordering Parts: Managing inventory and ordering parts essential for workshop activities, ensuring there are no delays in operations due to lack of necessary components.
- After Sales Follow-Up: Driving new business into the premises and ensuring client satisfaction post-service.
- Requirements: Significant experience in automotive workshop scheduling and service department administration.
