We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full-time Service Advisor to provide high quality administrative & customer support.

Our Service Advisor is responsible for:
- Scheduling & organising service work schedules
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Handle customer’s service related queries
- Managing our customers to the highest service standards
- Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Up date customers and follow up calls
- Providing administrative tasks to help and assist with work flow.
- We are looking for someone who has:
- Effective time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- An ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- A strong team ethic and a willingness to assist others
- The ability to work as both part as a team and autonomously
- Current Driver's licence
- Having a basic understanding of automotive & mechanical/electrical terminology would be advantageous, but not essential
Ultimately, we are looking for an eager candidate with a willingness to learn. Previous experience will be highly regarded.
This is a full time position, 38 hour Monday to Friday with a competitive salary to be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on experience, knowledge and qualifications.
