Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.
Duties will include the following:
- Assisting Service Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
- Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, subtle repairs and supplies
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high quality customer service
The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor/ Assistant Manager role
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
