A fantastic opportunity has become available for a customer-focusedService Receptionist to join our team at Bathurst Motor Group. You will need a proven customer service background with exceptional phone manner and the drive to excel in a professional environment, this is your chance to join a team that values its positive culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Meeting and greeting all of our service department customers.
- Preparing job orders.
- Creating customer bookings.
- Coordinating loan vehicle bookings and customer transport.
- Managing customer expectations and providing outstanding professional customer service.
- Provide administration support to the service department.
- Effectively address customer concerns.
Specific Skills required:
- Previous experience in attending to inbound/outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Proven customer-service skills.
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Be well organised with strong time management skills.
- Previous experience within the Automotive industry will be highly regarded.
- A high level of personal presentation is a must.
