Service Receptionist

City Ford is looking for a highly motivated receptionist with previous dealership experience and outstanding customer service skills to join the service department team at Alexandria.

Some of the responsibilities of the role, but not limited to, include:

• Attend to customers face to face
• Telephone calls
• Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
• Administrative tasks, filling and data entry

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Must have dealership experience
• Be Customer Focused
• Reliable and Punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Packages
• Mechanical Knowledge would be ideal
• Great Multi-Tasking Management Skills
• Likes to take initiative.
• Experience with era power or xtime an advantage.
