Automotive Technician - Victoria

We are based in Mildura, Keswick, Maribyrnong and Preston in VictoriaFull time positions are currently available within the company for experienced Automotive Technicians.Position Description :

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician/mechanic to join our team in Victoria.
• The ideal candidate must have a mechanical background and customer service skills.
• This opportunity will allow you to take the next step in your career, honing your skills as a specialist, whilst working with quality products and people.

Duties include:

• Fault diagnosis
• Wheel alignment
• General repair of suspension and steering components
• Brake repairs
• Moderate electrical installations including towbars
• Liaise with customers

The right candidate will have:

• A willingness to learn
• Experience as a Mechanic and/or Brake Technician preferred
• Experience in basic wheel alignment an advantage (not essential)
• Attention to Detail
• Full drivers’ licence
• Ability to work well in a team
• $70k base salary plus super plus overtime

Annual income for standard 38 hour week excluding superannuation Range ($70K - $80K) per annum commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience.Conditions covered by:

• Contract of employment
• Fair Work Australia National Employment Standard
