We are looking for a Building Manager for the Ryde area.
The position requires someone who can relate and communicate well with residents and management.

Responsibilities include
- Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
- Ensuring all building procedures are maintained
- Liaising with Owner, Strata Committee members and Service Providers
- Creating and presenting weekly reports
- Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
- Attending scheduled Committee Meetings, EGM's and AGM's
Skills And Experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- A Can-Do attitude.
- An understanding of a work environment using Quality Assurance, WHS and Environmental Management Systems
