Equans AV Technologies, Australia's foremost tier 1 AV integration company, are looking for an AV Service Technician who is as passionate about AV solutions as we are.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the broader successful and friendly Equans AV Technologies team who are based in our Mulgrave office.
Our ideal candidate is seeking a role where they can collaborate with, and work alongside colleagues who are deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service and AV support.
Build on existing long-term relationships with clients across Victoria through the provision of customer service support, usage assistance, repairs, problem solving and preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing
- Delivering fundamental technical support to users for all provided audio-visual and video-conferencing equipment.
- Action AV/VC incidents and requests submitted through the service desk tool, while adhering to established SLAs.
- Occasionally assisting in generating quotations for necessary repairs when supplier warranty/maintenance has lapsed.
- Facilitating proactive time management to allow for ongoing technical training and the maintenance of certifications, with our full support.
- Staying updated on the ever-evolving AV technological landscape.
- Support AV systems across various sectors such as corporate, education, hospitality, and beyond.

About you:
- You have Audio Visual integration industry experience.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of AV systems and construction methodologies.
- You are an experienced AV Technician who is looking for a stable career.
- You've had a minimum of three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations as you may be required to work in a healthcare setting.
Skills & experience:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You hold a construction induction card.
- You have a current and valid Australian issued driver's license.
