Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows and Unix-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and domain trusts.
- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication solutions across various applications and systems.
- Configure and manage root domain services, including DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and support.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Unix-based systems in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and infrastructure components.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration, including user management and group policies.
- Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, such as OAuth and SAML.
- Familiarity with root domain services, including DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
