About you
You will be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, a commitment to safety and a willingness to perform to a consistently high standard. You are a fantastic communicator who has a strong work ethic and enjoy working inn a team-based environment. You have a good eye for detail and fantastic time management skills to achieve all required activities with minimal supervision. You enforce safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe and friendly work environment.
You will ideally have experience on Cessna 208 Caravan’s (of which we maintain a fleet of 21 throughout Australia) and experience on PWC PT6A and/or TPE331 is preferred.
Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - You will hold a B1/B2 Licence with Pratt & Whitney PT6A and/or TPE331.

Your responsibilities will include:
- A combination of line and base maintenance
- Team coordination and oversight
- Identifying defects and discrepancies
- Conduct certification of maintenance tasks
- Recognise and report workplace health and safety hazards, incidents and accidents
- Work to outcomes whilst ensuring highest quality of workmanship
- Commitment to being part of a team-oriented organisation seeking continuous improvement
- Ability to undertake travel to other company locations on occasions
