We’re looking for a casual Community Manager to join our creative team and support the seamless execution of community management and social media campaigns.The right person will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple social communities and showcasing amazing attention to detail.RequirementsThe high-level responsibilities of the Community Manager are;
- Undertake daily community management, triaging, escalating & responding to customer enquiries and comments on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Utilise listening and community management tools such as Sprout Social to pull data to inform performance insights, monitoring results and KPI’s across all client accounts.
- Create detailed community management reports with the assistance of the Social Media and Content Manager.
- 6+ months of relevant industry experience, or currently studying or just finished a relevant degree, with an interest in Social Media.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with all major social media platforms, engagement strategies, and best practices
