TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that operates an expanding (currently eight) Totally Workwear store network across the south east metropolitan region together with a centralised Commercial sales, Warehousing and Embroidery facility based in Welshpool.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for aB2B Sales Support Manager to join the TwwGlobal Group to assist drive retention and growth across our B2B customer base.
The B2B Sales Support Manager will support both the Retail & Commercial divisions in managing all aspects of B2B interface including account establishment, online business portal management, service agreements and non-contractual quotations.
You will develop a deep understanding of internal policies, procedures & tools used to attract, execute & manage TwwGlobal targeted B2B customers. The role will provide training and development of senior retail store staff in delivering effective B2B transactional solutions to our target market.
You will work collaboratively with both internal (Retail, Embroidery, Commercial & Administration) and external (Suppliers) business partners to continually enhance systems, process and procedures to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience: 3+ years in customer sales across retail, trade supplies or services environment
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner
