We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Western Australian branch in Maddington as a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking out new customers and business prospects.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, and canvassing customers to secure hires and new opportunities to expand our current customer base
- Build and Maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to encourage repeat business
- Provide solutions for equipment to meet customers needs
- Analysis of tender documents.
- Submit quotations and pricing for tenders
- Ensure quality, safety and environmental requirements are accommodated in tender submissions.
- Attend site inspections and meetings
Requirements:
- Relevant recent experience in equipment hire, mining and construction industry
- Trench Shoring, Dewatering and Water Treatment knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must have clear written and verbal English
