Fisher & CO is a young and health-focused workplace that operates two e-commerce brands from our Gold Coast location. Being a small, collaborative team, we do everything in-house, from designing new ideas and developing new products to packing and distributing our orders. We have seen great growth through 2023 and are very excited to open up a new position to maintain our momentum through 2024.
About The Role
We're seeking another fun, social, and driven team member to fill our new B2B outbound phone sales rep/client service role. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to bring their enthusiasm for business development and client relations to our vibrant team. As the Business Relations Operator, you will be the front line in our business expansion efforts, responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our brand, and facilitating the delivery of product samples. Your role will directly contribute to our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing the innovative spirit of our company.
Hours Of Work
We are offering a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9-5 (flexible!)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Initiating contact through phone or email with potential business clients to introduce our brand and product(s).
- Managing and nurturing business relationships from the initial contact to the successful delivery of samples.
- Collaborating with our in-house team to understand product details, ensuring accurate representation of our products to clients.
- Providing exceptional service to potential clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional introduction to our brand.
- Tracking and reporting on outreach efforts, maintaining clear records of interactions, feedback, and progress with potential clients.
Skills Required
- Very good verbal communication, email, social, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and ability to self-manage your workflow, tasks, and client follow-ups.
- Proficient computer skills on Mac and the Google suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Highly flexible and happy to support the team.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
