A highly regarded and fast-growing business has a rare opportunity for an experienced Payroll Implementation / Business Analyst.
The role sits within a closely working Payroll, Finance and HR department. You will be working closely with the Payroll Project Manager.

- Work on payroll data maintenance & configuration
- Assist with overseeing the integration of payrolls onto a central system
- Review payroll processes and systems to recommend improvements
- Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systems
- Extensive experience in payroll implementations (namely UKG (Kronos) & JDE (Oracle)
- Extensive experience in procedures and documentation auditing
- The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures.
- Technical knowledge of UKG (Kronos) products
- Technical knowledge of JDE (Oracle) system
