Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The IT Manager, APAC for Radiometer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and support by contributing to the development and implementation of strategic IT plans, standardizing operating procedures, and improving service delivery models across the APAC regions.This position is part of the HGM Service and IT, located in Australia and will be hybrid. If you thrive in a dynamic, innovative and high impact role and want to work to build a world-class IT Support organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Actively contributing to the development and implementation of the overall HGM POC IT strategic plans in collaboration with HGM management.Engage directly with customers to understand their IT needs and requirements, ensuring the development and delivery of tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and enhance their satisfaction.Develop and sustain standard operating procedures for IT delivery within the HGM APAC regions to ensure consistency and quality.Monitor and enhance service delivery models and current support requests, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.The essential requirements of the job include:Proven experience in contributing to the development and implementation of IT strategic plans, demonstrating an ability to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives in collaboration with senior management.Demonstrable expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures for IT delivery, ensuring consistent quality across diverse regions such as the APAC.Strong background in monitoring and improving service delivery models to enhance IT support and customer satisfaction, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives within the constraints of the IT budget and timelines.Experience working in a multinational and diverse environment, especially within the APAC region, with strong interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with teams across different cultural backgrounds and business practices.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Extensive experience with hospital IT systems, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR), with a focus on integrating IT solutions within clinical workflows and ensuring data integrity.Demonstrated ability to strategically address IT-related challenges in clinical settings, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.Proven track record of successfully collaborating with clinical staff and third-party vendors to optimize IT service delivery and improve patient care outcomes.At Radiometer we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
