As the Team Leader across the backend development team, you will take responsibility for:
- Leading a dynamic team of Front End Developers, Back-End engineers, and Testers, steering a workplace culture of collaboration and positivity.
- Promoting, championing and documenting development best practice
- Designing and developing a rapidly growing product
- Guiding technical direction and decision-making
- Managing priorities using Jira
- 50/50 Split between leadership and AWS architecture decisions.
What you will bring to the role
- Advanced experience with building scalable platforms on AWS with extensive knowledge across AWS services.
- Technical expertise with Node.js / Python
- Proven success leading software engineering teams
