Facility Reliability Engineer

• Dardanup location, 20 mins drive from well serviced rural city of Bunbury
• Up to $130k plus super depending on experience, maybe with upside

The company uses cutting-edge technology to ensure every bit of their plantation grown logs are used to create high quality and precision made timber products used in housing, packaging and landscaping by customers across Australia. Your Role

• Using reliability analysis tools, develop facility maintenance strategies with schedules and allocated resources that achieve agreed Facility Reliability performance
• Assist in the preparation of the Engineering maintenance budget, cascaded to key facilities level to ensure the maintenance strategies are funded
• Comply with site work health safety systems
• Supervise contract and project work in support of maintenance strategy
  

About You:

• a bachelor degree qualified engineer most likely in mechanical engineering, with post graduate qualification in reliability highly regarded (note we would consider a person with a trades background with significant experience and further education in reliability)
• at least 5 years post graduate experience
• a demonstrated history of using robustness and reliability tools to improve facility performance in similar industries to timber processing
• strong interpersonal skills
• well developed written and verbal communication skills
