ABOUT HECTOR'S:
We have 3 thriving Delis in Melbourne and big dreams to expand across the state and beyond. We're consistently ranked #1 in Melbourne's sandwich market, serving up fresh sandwiches (and salads), made by Chefs, delivered with warmth and a purpose to pioneer the hospitality landscape.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee & complete prep of all fresh and cooked items
- Work service on toastie, fresh, or fryer sections, guiding other team members along the way
- Lead opens/closes
- Assist with ongoing training & upskilling of new and existing TMs
- Complete daily ordering, safety, quality & stock checks
- Support the Front of House team where needed in all sections (including coffee)
ABOUT YOU:
We're searching for food lovers who thrive on quality and presentation. Our Back of House Team shines in guest and team interactions, so bring your outgoing, friendly energy! Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment and stellar time management skills are a must. Qualifications in commercial cookery and an RSA are advantageous but not mandatory.
