We are seeking an experienced Head Chef that is ready to use their exceptional leadership skills and tenacity to take our team to the next level.
HEAD CHEF WILL HAVE:
- 5 years’ experience with 2 as Head Chef in a Asian restaurant
- Experience cooking different Asian cuisines
- A passion for educating junior team members
- The ability to prepare and execute menus with support and collaboration of chef de cuisine to a high standard
- A naturally positive demeanor
- Great communication, delegation and leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices
