The Role
As a Baker you will need to possess the following:
Dough mixing, Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough.
Load and unload oven.
Inspecting the quality of products throughout the production process.
Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply occupational health and safety regulations.
Ensuring wastage is minimized and the budget of supplies and materials adhere.
A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement
Successful applicants must have the following:
Relevant qualification
Prefer 1 years of relevant local experience
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired
Possess effective communication skills
