About the role
You will be joining one of Melbourne's best sourdough team of Bakers.
Your knowledge of sourdough will grow, but not essential, we are looking for someone stronger in Pies, Sausage rolls & Pastries, daily we will, as a team, work together in all sections, so skills development is “a natural process”.
We make old-school pies & sausage rolls, remember those!?

Skills and experience
- 2 years in a Pies & Sausage Rolls
- or
- 3 years in a normal Bakery with Exsposure
- or,… A want to make Good Pies & Sausage Rolls
If you have this, we can teach you the rest, if needed.
