The principal responsibility of this role is work in the day-to-day production and preparation of dough and loaves for the following days baking. A successful employee will have respect for ingredients and machinery, take pride in learning and perfecting the way Baker Bleu dough is to be shaped, be consistent, efficient, and reliable.
The following responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Thorough understanding of the bread production procedure documents
- Support and assist all members of your team whenever and wherever possible.
- Execution of the order of production in a timely and accurate manner for each day.
- Maintaining the safe and responsible operation of all equipment used.
- Assisting in the preparation and pack down of boards and equipment for following days production.The ideal candidate:
