The Role:
As our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll wear many hats (figuratively and, if you like, literally). You’ll steer our online sales and marketing activities into uncharted territories, all while managing a fantastic team of five and coordinating with external agencies. - Copywriting Oversight: Keep a keen eye on all written content, ensuring it sings in harmony with our brand’s voice and visuals.
- Technical Watch: Ensure the ship doesn’t hit a technical iceberg. Maintain website functionality, resolving any issues that arise with speed and smarts.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Craft and captain a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy across all channels – think PPC, SEO, and social media, just to start!
- Analytics Adventurer: Use tools like Google Analytics to dive deep into data, emerging with insights that tweak and tune our marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage your crew effectively, setting clear goals and ensuring everyone is skilled, challenged, and motivated.
