For the occupations of Baker, Pastrycook, and Cook:
Ideal candidates will have:
At least a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Retail Baking and/or related field.
Minimum of equivalent 2 years full-time work experience in hospitality sector;
Fluent in English;
Fluency in second language is advantageous;
Must have a passion and interest in cooking and/or baking;
Excellent communication skills; and
Good planning and organizational skills.
Salary range $70,000 - $75,000 per annum
