**Position:** Baker/Pastry Cook
**Location:** Yarrawonga Bakery, Yarrawonga
**Hours:** Negotiable, with the possibility of one Saturday shift per month
**Experience:** Third-year apprentices will be considered; prior experience preferred

**Role Overview:**
As a Baker/Pastry Cook at Yarrawonga Bakery, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and more. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake and decorate a range of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Provide excellent customer service when assisting with inquiries or fulfilling custom orders
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in baking or pastry work preferred
- Third-year apprentices will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Food safety and hygiene certification preferred
