Baker/pastrycook

Ryan's Fruit & Veg is a Shepparton based business that has a massive local following, with people coming from across the region to do their weekly fresh food shopping. We now have a full production bakery, baking fresh products 7 days week.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate baker to work in our new bakery department at our Shepparton retail site. The bakery will be focused on providing products to complement our current fresh produce offer, with a focus on quality products at affordable prices for local families.
We are seeking someone with experience in
Full production baking
Certificate 3 in baking
Experience in baking breads and pastries (min 2 years)
Training, developing team and apprentices
Developing and meeting KPI's
Controlling ordering, wastage, and stock checks
Scheduling and planning production so quality product meets customer demand on time
The successful applicant will be required to work in a rotating roster including early mornings and some weekends, communicating constantly with the retail manager and reporting to the site manager.
