Bakery Supervisor
Via Porta Bakehouse is looking for a Bakery Supervisor who will inspire and engage a dedicated brigade of bakers, pastry cooks and kitchen hands as well as having a passion for good quality baked goods.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar role and have completed formal training.
Tasks Include:
Managing baking processes from start to finish.
Manage production of of all laminated pastries and breads
Supervise Oven tempressures
Operating dough rolling and cutting machinery.
Oversee the cleanliness of equipment and the day to day operation of the premises
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Mentor and develop a group of highly talented junior staff
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
