Bakery Supervisor
Via Porta Bakehouse is looking for a Bakery Supervisor who will inspire and engage a dedicated brigade of bakers, pastry cooks and kitchen hands as well as having a passion for good quality baked goods.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar role and have completed formal training.
Tasks Include:
- Managing baking processes from start to finish.
- Manage production of of all laminated pastries and breads
- Supervise Oven temperatures
- Operating dough rolling and cutting machinery.
- Oversee the cleanliness of equipment and the day to day operation of the premises
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Mentor and develop a group of highly talented junior staff
