We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader interested in a Bakery Supervisor role in our Garbutt store. You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be required to work a rotational roster which may include nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience:
- Experience working in a Fresh department an advantage
- Food safety experience
- Ability to drive sales ,achieve budgets and exceed targets
- Knowledge and experience with WH&S and safety requirements
- Experience in training and coaching other team members
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills ,able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people from different backgrounds and roles
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Preferred
- Bakery experience strongly preferred
- Retail industry experience
