We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bank Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, while driving branch growth and exceeding customer expectations.
About the role
- You will manage and oversee a small close-knit team of home lending specialists and personal bankers while simultaneously monitoring the overall business performance of the branch
- Manage the end-to-end member experience for loan products from application to settlement, identifying potential opportunities as appropriate
- New business development + relationship management including off-site visits
- Effectively handle member complaints to minimise disputes.
- Deliver against key performance indicators including performance against personal and home lending targets.

About You
- Previous experience as a bank or branch manager - you are looking to utilise your experience in a new environment
- You are passionate about enhancing customers experiences and happy to assist with improving existing processes and productivity.
- You bring an innate curiosity that drives effective outcomes and creates meaningful collaboration to achieve the team’s targets and deliver superior results for the bank.
