Job DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with a background in Administration/Reception interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Melbourne CBD.
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk;
  • Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels;
  • Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels;
  • Manage incoming calls and email enquiries;
  • Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers;
  • Keep the reception areas clean and tidy;
  • Accurate data entry into IPAR’s client database system as required;
  • Full-time (preferred), Part-time or casual position;
  • Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team.
QualificationsWe are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive approach to work.You will also have:
  • Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Initiative and resourcefulness when problem solving;
  • Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures;
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in a team and independently;
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentially;
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things;
  • Professional appearance and demeanour;
  • Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated.
