Suncorp Group is looking for a best-in-class Sales and Services Banking Consultant to provide exceptional customer service whilst driving commercial outcomes. This is a Flexible Part-Time position, and you will be working a minimum of 20 hours per week at our Kawana Waters Branch.
You will be required to work fulltime, 37.5 hours per week for the first 3months so we can train you up to be appropriately skilled and set up for success in this role.
Once training is completed you will be working 4 hours across 5 days per week.
What you'll do
- Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers' busy lifestyles
- Help solve problems and identify solutions to suit our customers financial needs
- Provide seamless end to end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
- Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking products with a customer centric approach
- Attend 3 months fulltime training to ensure you are best equipped to perform your new role at Suncorp.
- Previous Banking/lending experience highly regarded
- Previous call centre, retail, and hospitality experience highly regarded
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills - listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
- Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations
