Highly awarded and respected, this financial institution is looking for a talented Business /commercial Banker to build successful referral relationships.

Whilst managing a small portfolio of relationships you will use your business development skills and networks to source new to bank business.   

Duties

• Develop strong customer and referral relationships (deals up to $5m)
• Assess applications and referring to credit with recommendations
• Manage the loan application end to end to ensure a seamless outcome 
• Develop a call program to regularly maintain successful referral relationships

About You

• Proven business development and sales experience within Business Banking
• Demonstrated credit assessment skills in small Business Banking
• Strategic and customer focused cross sales
• Ability to deliver an end to end service experience
