The Role
This role sits within the Banking & Finance team where you will get exposure to a number of different Partners with a wide variety of work. Working with lawyers nationally, you will advise clients on financing arrangements relating to:
* The structure and documentation for their project
* Acquisition and leverage
* Property
* General corporate financing
Our client is looking for a lawyer with experience in finance transactions, whether that be corporate, project, leverage or property finance, from private practice or inhouse or a mix.
