This multi-story venue, with capacity for over 2000 patrons, will immediately become an iconic landmark to locals and visitors alike. The main trading floor will present guests with an innovative approach to accessing a range of cuisine, décor and atmosphere in a customer-driven environment unique to our venue.
The upper floor will house a Sports Bar, our in-house brewery and a function centre with seated dining capacity of up to 500 guests.

For those of you who don’t know, Gosford is just an hour north of Sydney and is surrounded by beautiful beaches, waterways and national parks. The area is really booming but cost of living is still a fraction of Sydney’s. The Central Coast is an awesome place to live & work!
As a Chef de Partie in Banquets, you will play a crucial role in crafting exquisite dishes for our diverse range of events. It may be an intimate gathering of 30 to a grand gala of 600, each day will be different.
Working in our brand new, state of the art kitchen, you'll collaborate with a skilled culinary team, ensuring that each event showcases the skill and passion of our kitchen.
Aside from the creativity and pride in delivering such a culinary experience you will also ensure that the highest standards of food and hygiene safety are met and be able to work along side a diverse team of Chefs and kitchen staff. A positive work environment is a must!
What you will bring;
You will need to be fully qualified in Commercial cookery. Having previous experience in large events is preferable but not essential.
Most of all you will have the passion and drive to deliver exceptional experiences for our brand new conference and events centre.
