Banquets F&B Ops Supervisor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced casual Banquet Attendants to work in our Conferencing & Events department; which boasts 16 versatile function rooms with a capacity to cater up to 1200pax - the largest C&E space in Fremantle!
As the Supervisor, you will become “The Face” of all things Conference and Events; with a genuine desire for delivery an exceptional guest experience - from the pre-planning of upcoming events to event meet & greets; event execution to post-event debriefs, and everything in between.
Plenty of hours are on offer for the right candidate up to 38 hours per week.
What we are looking for:
- A fast learner who is comfortable working unsupervised.
- Able to manage a large team of up to 20 staff.
- Someone who is physically fit, who will also go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience.
- Previous experience is desirable especially in regards to banqueting, conferencing and events.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
To be successful in this sought after position, you will have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, proven experience within a quality establishment, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to deliver cleanliness to the property.
