Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

✔ Dive into risk assessments and streamline credit application processes.

✔ Engage in open and innovative communication with finance brokers to collaborate on deals. 

✔ Transform declined applications into future opportunities by providing invaluable feedback to the broker network. 

✔ Cultivate strong relationships with our broker and third-party networks through exceptional customer service. 

✔ Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory obligations, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Privacy Act, and Anti-laundering requirements. 

✔ Collaborate with Credit Associations and references to exchange vital credit information on clients. 

✔ Thrive in a fast-paced environment, exceeding individual monthly KPIs while contributing actively to team success.

About you: 

You're the missing piece we're looking for if you have: 

•  2+ years' experience as a Credit Analyst!
• Commercial credit experience is highly regarded!
• Strong attention to detail and be capable of divergent thinking and flexibility
• Ability to thrive meeting personal/department KPI's and enjoy utilizing your excellent customer service skills! 
• Effective communicator capable of building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are looked upon favourably!
