Banquet Supervisor

You will be responsible for the supervision of all types of banquet functions, coordinating activity on a daily basis across the Hotel. The Banquet Supervisor will oversee Banquet events and ensure that all service standards, departmental policies are followed by all banquets staff. Act as a point of contact with the banquet host during any event.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for 

• Anticipate guests needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
• Oversees and is responsible for all areas relating to the smooth running of the service side of Banquet floor.
• Supervise events and team members throughout service.
• Assists with achieving Food and Beverage budgets and targets across Banquets.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Service Manager with scheduling, training and performance management.
• Work efficiently with the leadership in all departments to ensure a positive, and memorable experiences are created.

Education & Desires

• A diploma in Hospitality Management is desired.
• Experience within a similar role or in a 5 star property.
• 12 months experience leading a team.
• Must be fluent in English (LOTE).
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft.
• Exceptional customer service & rapport building skills.
