Bar and Gaming Attendant

Embassy Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and driven bartenders and Gaming Attendants to join our tight knit team. Experience in running functions, food service and knowledge of gaming, craft beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits are needed for the role. The role will suit an experienced bartender or Gaming Attendant looking for an opportunity to earn a more integral role in a small venue. 

Embassy Bar currently trades for lunch and dinner service from Monday to Saturday and additionally for functions on weekends. The Gaming Room trades seven days a week.

You must possess the following qualifications to be considered for the positions:

• RSA & RSG certification
• Gaming and Keno knowledge including TITO.
• Bartending and barista experience desirable 
• Two years’ experience in similar venue.

Applicants must also:

• Be available for both day and night shifts on a rotating roster,
• Have exceptional customer service skills,
• Previous experience with closes desirable,
• Be flexible with hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Self-motivated, professional & passionate.
• Personable and hospitable.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Interested in growing and developing within the business.
