We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the La Vie team.
One of our most premium bars La Vie, is located within the Crown Perth Metropol Hotel Foyer and offers an impressive selection of fine Champagne, Wines, Cocktails and Cognacs, accompanied by a grazing menu of small tasting plates within an intimate, luxurious and warm environment.
To compliment the elegant décor in La Vie, we need top hospitality professionals to showcase their skills in the position of an experienced Cocktail Bar Attendant with good Champagne and Wine knowledge.
This role will play an integral part in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests through displaying exceptional customer service and sound beverage knowledge.
In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge
You'll bring the following:
- 1+ Years of Strong Bar Experience and/or Cocktail, Champagne and Wine knowledge
- A passion for customer service
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills
To be successful, you'll:
- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
