The Lakes Hotel is a multi-award winning 4.5 star hotel, located on the Lakefront at West Lakes. The hotel boasts multiple bars and restaurants throughout including; Knots Kitchen,Tunki Ceviche and Woodfire Grill, Lakes Sports Bar and Gaming Room. Along with 7 separate function rooms and 72 accommodation suites, providing applicants with a lot of opportunity and career progression.
Bar opportunities range from:
- Sports Bar
- Tunki Bar
- Weddings
- Corporate Functions.
Food opportunities range:
- Signature Restaurant
- Casual Dining
- Weddings
- Corporate Dinners
- Cocktail Functions.
The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work in any of the hotels restaurants, bars and function spaces delivering a high level of friendly service that the hotel is renowned for. The hotel operates 365 days of the year so opportunity for hours includes day, night, weekend and public holidays.
We have positions available for a range of Food and Beverage applicants with any of the following:
- RSA certificate
- Sound product knowledge of all things food and beverage related
- Friendly, outgoing, bubbly demeanor
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- TAB experience & Gaming license would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience working in a hotel structure is also advantageous but not necessary
