To achieve this goal, the club requires a Food and BeveragesDuty Manager who can oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and ensure that our high standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained.

About The Role:

Reporting directly to the Functions and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, motivating, and directing the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your hands-on involvement will ensure an excellent standard of service, with a focus on managing services, staff, and staff training. 

Responsibilities:

• Support, motivate, and direct the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Take a hands-on approach to ensure an excellent standard of service delivery.
• Manage service operations, including staff breaks, training, and delegating. 
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the clubhouse, ensuring security measures are followed.
• Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the establishment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience in coffee making and bar service.
• Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
• Hold an Approved Manager's License.
