GDR1 Pty Ltd t/a Alegre Bar and Dining in Sydney is seeking for a Full-time skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
The role is a demanding one , and the successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of our busy restaurant and bar and it's staff, whilst meeting financial KPIs as set by the company .
Duties and responsibilities :
1.Supervise daily operation of the business
2.Train , lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver the highest possible standards
3.Delivering a second to none customer experience
4.Setting up floor and table for service and delegate section service to appropriate staff
5.Monitoring and controlling COGS & Labour cost across the cafe through efficient ordering, cost effective operation,budgeting , Rostering and sales forecasting.
6.Adhere to all Company Policies- Quality Customer service , Safe Food Handling , OH&S, Housekeeping
7.Complete and maintain all admin tasks, record keeping , stock control on a daily or weekly basis
8. Planning of Beverage menu(Wine,Beer,Spirits, Cocktails) liaising with Bartender. Co-operating Head Chef for Food menu - A La Carte, Set Menu, Function Package
Skill and Experience Required :
1.Proven working experience (minimum Two year) as Restaurant Manager or similar position
2.Knowledge and understanding of contemporary Food and Beverage concepts.
3.English Proficiency
4.Strong Leadership,Motivational and Personal Skill
5. Knowledge and valid accreditation of RSA

Salary & Benefits:
$70,000-$80,000 P/A (depending on your skill and experience) + Super along with all other entitlements as per NES and Restaurant Industry Award 2010
