FULL TIME POISITON with potential 4 day a week roster!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Martha Drink & Dine to ensure a memorable experience for our patrons.
• Engage in operational planning and strategy, including staffing, entertainment, and promotional activities.
• Manage beverage menus, liaise on costing, and ensure profitable operations.
• Conduct comprehensive training and coaching to elevate team performance and service standards.
• Design staff rosters and maintain communication across departments to ensure operational harmony and efficiency.
• Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members to enhance service quality and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail trends.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
