We are a new outlet soon to open in Evans Head. With experienced business owners, we aim to bring a fresh and exciting take on the traditional Fish & Chip outlet. We strive to provide tasty and quality food at an affordable price, all in a friendly environment. We're looking for motivated people to deliver great service and who enjoy working as part of a team.
Qualifications & experience
- Ideally you will have cooking experience in a takeaway food environment or higher.
- Ideally you hold a Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Comfortable in supervising junior staff to ensure Food Safe practices are adhered to
Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing the running of a fish and chip shop with the assistance of the owner/manager.
- Duties involve preparation of food, cooking and supervising junior staff.
- You will assist with the ordering of product and ensure Food Safe procedures are followed.
