We've been serving up Sydney's best fried chicken, Nashville-style sides and sandwiches since 2014.
Our restaurants are busy, 7-day spots (150-300 guests each service!) serving up great food and booze from 11.30am until 10pmy. We look after every guest like they're a regular and regulars like they're family with our warm, personal service style. And we are on the lookout for new team members to join our busy kitchens!
Our Kitchen Legends are responsible for;
- Preparing and cooking our signature fried hot chicken, sandwiches and sides to our exact requirements every time!
- Putting your passion for great food into delivering the consistent and high quality product to our customers
- Ensuring cooking methods, portions and recipes are followed at all times
- Completing daily and weekly prep, cleaning and organisation tasks
- Maintaining a clean and well presented station and kitchen compliant with all food safety standards
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture - supporting and looking out for each other
