SalaryExclusive Eastern Suburbs Yacht Club is seeking pro-active and reliable hospitality staff for our restaurant and bar. Applicants experienced in fine dining restaurants, hotels, and upmarket clubs preferred.
These are casual positions of approximately 25 - 35 hours per week. Club Award plus weekend and public holiday penalties and tips.
We have positions available for cocktail-trained professional bartenders; duties will include handling and turn over of stock; maintenance of equipment; face to face customer service (including bill charging), plus dispense bar responsibilities.
Successful applicants will be friendly and well presented, good communicators and able to work at pace. They will possess a thorough grounding in classic cocktails and a good working knowledge of Australian and international wines and spirits. An ability to learn new POS systems and correctly handle charging membership accounts is required. Barista experience an advantage.
We also have casual positions available for experienced, professional Wait Staff, capable of working with a degree of autonomy.
Saturday and Sunday availability are expected along with willingness to work public holidays such as those over the Easter period, and Christmas time.
