The Restaurant & Bar
The restaurant and bar are the heart and soul of Elandra. Offering mesmerizing ocean views from the newly renovated alfresco dining area and iconic circular bar, guests enjoy world-class cuisine from a talented team of chefs, tropical cocktails around the pool deck, freshly made barista coffee overlooking the Coral Sea and some of the coldest tap beer in North Queensland…
The Role
What you will bring:
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- At least 2 + years' Bar Supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Solid experience in wine knowledge and pairing.
- Excellent cocktail knowledge and skills
- Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
- Experience with ordering stock, stocktake and understanding restaurant/bar operations
- A valid RSA
You'll be working alongside the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values.
