We have recently opened a multi-million dollar contemporary dining precinct within the Club to expand facilities further for Members and their guests. Featuring a brand new 100 seat dining room and bar with a stunning 30 seat private dining room the space will bring a number of new and exciting food and beverage offerings to our members.

We are looking for an experienced, driven and focused Bar Supervisor to lead the activities in our Members Bar.
As the supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the bar and create outstanding and innovative drinks that leave a lasting impression on our members and guests. You will demonstrate outstanding product knowledge in spirits, cocktails and wine; will exhibit an exceptional approach to achieving high standards, have an eye for detail, and possess impeccable personal presentation and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring members and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Overseeing the daily running of the Member’s Bar; excelling in customer service with a focus on an exceptional Member experience and outstanding knowledge of products
- Motivating and driving a team to exceed their targets through product knowledge, upselling and goal setting
- Have a creative input and help design new beverage menus and specials
- Bar Operations: Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is well-prepared for peak hours.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest beverage trends, new products and techniques and incorporating them into our drink’s menu. This includes spirits, cocktails and wine to provide our members with informed recommendations based on their preferences.
- Compliance: Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 year of Food & Beverage experience in a team leader or supervisor role
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Flexible availability
